Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy is as follows:

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours  Orders made on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays will be received on the following business. Please allow for additional days for shipping.

We will email a tracking number when we ship your items.

Some items are shipped directly from the vendor, in this case, we will notify you when the order is shipped and provide a tracking number.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

We have a $12.75 Flat rate shipping fee unless otherwise noted on your order. If you order products that have free shipping and combine them with flat rate shipping the flat-rate fee will be added at checkout. FREE Shipping on all orders over $75 to the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii customers should contact us for discounted shipping rates before ordering.

Back Orders 

We do not  backorder if an item is unavailable you will be notified that it is out of stock and then we will notify you when it comes back in stock
